What is Co.Lab?

Co.Lab is a mastermind that supports local business owners in Central Ohio and is designed to be a yearlong commitment. We are a group of like-minded business owners that come together in support to cultivate the business and life that we want.

We'll be diving head first into all the ways we can help you and your brand better connect with your audience or potential clients...and then we're gonna go even deeper.

Because that's what it's all about, right? For years we've been told that business is separate from life and relationships...but seriously...how untrue is that?!

We pour our hearts into these businesses of ours and that's what makes them (and us) so great.

We'll not only be learning about strategy and creating content, but we'll learn about the HUGE role mindset and rest plays in a well-rounded and successful business.

Mastermind

The heart of Co.Lab is the mastermind portion of the group. It's a space where each business owner is given the opportunity to focus the group's energy on any issues, goals or new ideas that they have. You bring whatever you need support with and we spend time focusing on that, so you can grow and learn from the knowledge of the group.

Leadership Development Coaching

Imagine yourself able to remain calm, clear headed, stress-free, and positive even in the midst of handling your business and life's greatest challenges. What becomes possible for you, in achievement, in peace of mind and wellness, and in your relationships? That's what mental fitness empowers you to do!

Marketing Strategy, Coaching & Education

These action-oriented Marketing Masterminds will help you build the framework for marketing your business. The program also includes a 54-page guide to Strategic Marketing that helps you build your brand, grow your audience, understand and review your most relevant data and more.

Business Financial Statement Education

You will gain a basic understanding of accounting, the language of business. The financial statements of a business tell a story and you will learn to confidently understand the story of your business. In addition, you will develop dashboard metrics and learn the importance of budgeting and forecasting.

There is so much VALUE even outside of the monthly meetings. Each Co.Lab member receives brand photography sessions as well as one-on-one coaching and consulting with our program leaders.

2 Brand Photography Sessions

Visually showcase your service, product, style, values and what sets you apart from everyone else. Brand Photography is a way to start connecting with your audience in an authentic way and it allows you to start building trust before you even meet your potential client. Each session includes 4 hours of shooting and all of the edited photos.

5 Leadership Development Coaching Sessions

Co.Lab members have access to our Leadership Development Coaching starting with a Deep Dive Discovery Session. You'll work one-on-one with your coach to create clear goals and actionable insights for your business. Find confidence in your decisions as your coach guides you past potential blocks and you gain knowledge to overcome them.

5 Marketing Strategy Coaching Sessions

Each one-on-one Marketing Strategy Coaching Session will be unique to your business. All sessions include the opportunity to strategize over upcoming promotions, campaigns and plans.
